"Two American Poets: Wallace Stevens & William Carlos Williams, From the Collection of Alan M. Klein” represents the most extensive collection in private hands of material documenting each poet’s work and life.

An exhibition displaying approximately half of the complete collection opened at the Grolier Club in New York City on January 16, 2019 and ran through February 23.

This website makes accessible fully searchable descriptions and images of the growing collection, presented in the context of world events during the lives of the two poets. It also offers the essays by scholars and poets as they appeared in the catalogue, as well as videos of related events hosted at the Grolier Club.
